Overview

Kane® orders are processed quickly and often ship the same day or the next business day. Because of this, orders are generally not cancellable once placed.

Customers may submit a cancellation request, but cancellation is not guaranteed. If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

Kane® typically responds within 24–48 hours. Because orders are processed quickly, a response time of 24–48 hours does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled before shipment.

Single Orders

Single orders are usually processed shortly after they are placed.

Once a single order has been submitted, Kane® may not be able to cancel it before shipment. If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled.

If the order has already shipped, any available options will be handled under Kane®’s return policy, if applicable.

Subscribe & Save Orders

Kane® Subscribe & Save gives customers a 25% discount in exchange for completing a minimum of two subscription orders.

By choosing Subscribe & Save, customers agree to complete the first two subscription orders before cancelling the subscription.

After two completed subscription orders, customers may cancel future subscription orders by contacting Kane® at support@powerofkane.com or through the website contact form at powerofkane.com.

Two-Order Minimum

The two-order minimum is part of the Subscribe & Save discount terms.

Returns, refused deliveries, chargebacks, or cancellation requests may not be used to avoid or override the two-order minimum, except where required by law.

Kane®’s return policy is separate from this cancellation policy and may not be used to bypass the Subscribe & Save two-order commitment.

Already Processed or Shipped Orders

If an order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled.

Customers should contact Kane® as soon as possible after placing an order if they believe they made a mistake or need to request a cancellation.
